Thank you for choosing Laith&Taleed Transport LLC for your transportation needs. We are committed to providing reliable and satisfactory service. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

* Cancellations:

* If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund.
* If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, you will be charged 50% of the total fare.
* Cancellations made after the scheduled pickup time will not be refunded.
* Service Issues:

* Refunds or partial refunds may be issued for service failures, such as significant delays, no-shows, or unsafe driving, subject to investigation and verification.
* Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the service date with supporting documentation.
* Force Majeure:

* Laith&Taleed Transport LLC is not responsible for failures or delays due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues. Refunds will not be issued for such events.

2. Refund Process

* To request a refund, contact our customer service team at \Admin@LandTTransport.com with your booking details and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
* All refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days.
* If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

3. Compliance with Laws
